Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mint Stones pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

Return Rules

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • There are no restocking fees.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Earrings (for hygienic reasons).

  • Final sale items (including promotional or discounted purchases).

Additional Notes

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or back to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

  • Faulty or damaged items may be eligible for replacement or refund – please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged.
