Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your MintStones pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns for exchange or store credit on all eligible items (excluding earrings, custom-made designs, and items marked as final sale)

Return Requirements

Timeline:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by tracking details.

Condition:
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

Sale Policy:
Returns are accepted on full-priced and regular sale items.
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for the following:

    • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
    • Earrings (due to hygienic reasons)
    • Custom-made pieces
    • Gift cards
    • Items returned after 14 days from delivery
    • Items that are worn, damaged, or altered

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for faulty items that cannot be repaired or replaced. Refunds are not available for change of mind.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value. Additional payment can be processed via our customer service team. Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchanges, except for same-style ring size adjustments.


How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Submit a Request: Contact us here with your order number and the items you wish to return. Use “Return” as the subject line.
  2. Packaging: Ensure the items meet the condition requirements before shipping them back. Mint Stones is not responsible for items returned worn, tampered with, or otherwise damaged.
  3. Ship Your Parcel: Send your return via a trackable service to the address provided by our team. We are not liable for items lost in transit, and we cannot process your return until the parcel is successfully delivered.

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Store credit will be issued as a unique code, valid for 12 months.
  • For exchanges, we will send you a new tracking number for the replacement item.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, we can issue store credit for the total value. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.


Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be added or adjusted once an order is placed. Price differences cannot be refunded.
