Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Mint Stones pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items (excluding earrings and custom-made designs) for an exchange or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:
Return Requirements
- Timeline: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the tracking details.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Sale Policy: Items purchased on sale (including promotional offers) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Sale or promotional items, including those purchased during special events like our Anniversary Sale.
- Earrings (due to hygienic regulations).
- Custom-made pieces.
- Gift cards.
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
- Worn, damaged, or altered items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for faulty items that cannot be repaired or replaced. Refunds are not available for change of mind.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value. Additional payment can be processed via our customer service team. Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchanges, except for same-style ring size adjustments.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Submit a Request: Contact us here with your order number and the items you wish to return. Use “Return” as the subject line.
- Packaging: Ensure the items meet the condition requirements before shipping them back. Mint Stones is not responsible for items returned worn, tampered with, or otherwise damaged.
- Ship Your Parcel: Send your return via a trackable service to the address provided by our team. We are not liable for items lost in transit, and we cannot process your return until the parcel is successfully delivered.
Once your return is received and approved:
- Store credit will be issued as a unique code, valid for 12 months.
- For exchanges, we will send you a new tracking number for the replacement item.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and images of the fault. We will work to replace the item promptly. Refunds for faulty items are available only when the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
What is Not Considered a Manufacturing Fault:
- Damage from general wear and tear, mishandling, or improper care.
- Loss of stones or jewellery due to misuse.
- Fading of plating over time (this is a natural process).
- Small variations in colour or shade between batches.
- Minor differences between the product and website images due to screen displays.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, we can issue store credit for the total value. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be added or adjusted once an order is placed. Price differences cannot be refunded.
