Warranty

All MintStones pieces come with a 12-month quality guarantee, effective from the date of delivery.

This guarantee covers:

• Manufacturing faults
• Stone loss under normal wear
• Significant plating wear or fading under normal use

If a fault is confirmed upon assessment, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Jewellery is delicate and designed for everyday wear with care. To maintain the longevity of your piece, we recommend avoiding exposure to perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

What is not covered

Our quality guarantee does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper handling
• Exposure to chemicals, including perfumes, lotions, chlorine, or saltwater
• General wear beyond what is considered normal use
• Scratches, dents, or bending from force
• Loss of items

All claims are subject to assessment by our team.

Warranty claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Clear images of the item
• A brief description of the issue

Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

If your item is found not to be faulty, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

After 12 months

Claims outside of the 12-month period are not covered under our guarantee.
